On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to invite you to the 11th ELEC—European Lean Educator Conference, ELEC 2025, titled "LEAN in Action: Digitalization, Sustainability, and Operational Excellence." The conference will be held in Rzeszow at Rzeszow University of Technology, Poland, from October 22 to 24, 2025.
This conference, ELEC 2025, is about sharing knowledge and experiences about using the Lean philosophy to improve organizations. It focuses on three key areas: digitalization, sustainability, and operational excellence. This event aims to share knowledge and experience and improve collaboration between academia and industry. It will explore how to implement modern solutions based on Lean principles. The conference will bring together different experts to inspire innovation and build partnerships.
The deadline for paper submission is April 30, 2025.
